Broker research without the sales pitch
BrokaBoy exists because choosing a broker is the highest-stakes decision a new trader makes, and it is the one the industry explains worst. Comparison content is dominated by ranked lists written for commission, headline spreads that no real account ever gets, and regulator logos pasted next to entities those regulators do not actually license.
So we built the opposite: a broker comparison and education library where the reasoning is visible. Every profile shows the fee structure rather than a single teaser number, names the regulators behind the entity, and links through to a plain-language explanation of what that licence actually protects. Alongside it sits a regulator hub and a trading glossary, because a spread number is meaningless to someone who has not been told what a pip is.
We are an information service, not a broker and not an advisor. We hold no client money, open no accounts and place no trades. What we owe you is accuracy, consistency and an honest account of how we are paid - which is what the rest of this page is about.

Same criteria, every broker
Every provider is scored against one published, weighted rubric. No broker can buy a rating, a position, or the removal of a criticism.
Commercial and editorial kept apart
Affiliate relationships are disclosed at every outbound link and never feed into a score. Brokers we earn nothing from are covered identically.
Claims versus facts
Licence numbers and published fee schedules are treated as verifiable. Spreads, execution quality and withdrawal speed are treated as broker claims and labelled as such.
Risk stated up front
Leveraged products carry a high risk of loss, and we say so on every broker page rather than burying it in a footer.
Corrections
If a figure on this site is wrong or out of date - a spread, a licence, a fee note - tell us and we will check it against the source and correct it. Brokers are welcome to submit corrections through the same channel; a correction request never buys a rating change. Reach us through the contact page.
